General Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


Is your order stuck or not going through?

Here are a few things to double-check:

  • Make sure your billing address matches the one linked to your credit card or PayPal account.
  • Ensure that your personal information is entered correctly and matches your payment details.

Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes cannot be made, but you may return the item for a full refund once received.


Need to update your order details?

If you've just placed your order (within the last 90 minutes), there's a small window where we may be able to update your delivery address, email, or other personal details.

Please reach out to our customer support team at info@kiddiebuds.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated information.

If it's been more than 90 minutes since you placed your order, we'll still do our best to help - just keep in mind that our fulfillment center works fast, and changes may not always be possible.

Please note:
If your order is successfully delivered to an incorrect address, we won't be able to retrieve or redirect it. So, please double-check all your details at checkout.


Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days of purchase. Processing times may be extended during holidays or sales events.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Worldwide Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days, though we advise allowing up to 14 days depending on your location and local courier services. In some rare cases, we see up to 18 days.

Express Shipping: Not currently offered, but we're working on it!


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at info@kiddiebuds.com for assistance.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Our prices do not include taxes or import duties. Depending on your country, your local customs office may apply additional fees upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authorities for more details.


Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kiddiebuds.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@kiddiebuds.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details. We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approving the return or cancellation. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
